Affiliate Terms & Conditions

The Akaya Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to Akaya AI products and subscriptions. Participation is subject to approval by Akaya AI.

To become an affiliate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Own or manage a valid website, blog, YouTube channel, social media account, or other digital platform.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Akaya reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject any application.
• Request additional information.
• Suspend or terminate an affiliate account at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated.

Approved affiliates may earn commissions on eligible purchases made through their unique referral link.

Current commission: 20% recurring commission on eligible subscription purchases, unless otherwise specified in your affiliate dashboard or a separate agreement.

Commission rates, promotional offers, and payout structures may change in the future.

A referral is considered valid only if:

• The customer uses your unique affiliate link.
• The purchase is completed successfully.
• Payment is received by Akaya.
• The purchase is not cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent.

Referral attribution is based on the tracking system used by Akaya. If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the applicable attribution rules configured by Akaya will determine the eligible affiliate.

Payouts are made only after:

• Meeting the minimum payout threshold (if applicable).
• Successful verification of eligible referrals.
• Completion of the applicable refund review period.

Available payout methods may include bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, or other supported payment methods.

Affiliates must not:

• Spam emails or messages.
• Use misleading advertisements.
• Make false promises about Akaya.
• Bid on Akaya trademarks in paid advertising without permission.
• Use fake referrals or self-referrals.
• Generate fraudulent purchases.
• Create fake accounts to earn commissions.
• Misrepresent Akaya's products or pricing.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Affiliates may use official Akaya logos, banners, and marketing materials provided by Akaya.

You may not:

• Modify the Akaya logo.
• Impersonate Akaya.
• Register domains or social accounts that may confuse users into believing they are official Akaya properties.

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction. Akaya may request tax or identity information where required by law.

If a referred purchase is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the corresponding commission may be reduced, withheld, or reversed.

All Akaya trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and content remain the exclusive property of Akaya AI. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

Either you or Akaya may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.

Upon termination:

• Referral links may be disabled.
• Pending commissions may be reviewed before payment.
• Fraudulent or policy-violating commissions may be forfeited.

Akaya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

Akaya may update:

• Commission rates
• Payout schedules
• Affiliate dashboard features
• Program rules
• Promotional campaigns

Changes will become effective upon publication or notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
